Laboratory Shift Analyst

We are currently looking to recruit a Laboratory Analyst to join the Laboratory Shift Team at our flagship UK facility.

Duties will include testing of fuels for quality control to the ISO 8217 specification and other general laboratory duties. The ideal candidate would have laboratory experience and scientific qualifications, training will however be given. Suitable applicants would ideally possess GC-MS, FTIR, ICP-OES and XRF skills. Experience of using these techniques within the petrochemical industry would be extremely beneficial but not essential

The Company gives 25 days holiday per annum and contributory pension scheme. The successful applicant will be working on a shift rota of 9am-5pm, 10am - 6pm and 2pm - 10pm Mon-Fri. There is also a requirement to work Saturday on a rota basis between 9am-5pm.

It is essential that the successful candidate be based within easy travelling distance of our Darlington company premises.
