Revised guidelines for the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) to be supplied to a ship carrying MARPOL Annex I cargoes and bunker fuels have been approved and adopted by the Marine Safety Committee of The International Maritime Organisation.
This regulation will come into force on 1 July 2009.
